防災設備の紹介Emergency Facilities

普段は遊び場や憩いの場の公園ですが、災害発生時に避難する拠点にもなります。
赤坂・青山地区内のいくつかの公園にも、災害時に役立つ設備が備えられています。

Though parks are usually places for play and relaxation, they also serve as evacuation sites in the event of a disaster.
Several parks in the Akasaka and Aoyama districts have useful facilities in case of disaster.

隣近所の安否確認や応急手当を行ったり、広域避難場所へ避難するために一時的に集まる場所で、町会・自治会等の単位で定めています。 These are temporary gathering places to confirm safety of people in the neighborhood, provide first aid, and wait before moving to larger evacuation sites.

井戸ポンプは、手動でくみ上げるポンプで、災害時に生活用水として使用できます。 This manually operated well pump can be used to obtain water for day-to-day use in the event of a disaster.

普段はベンチとして使用されています。災害時には、座面を外してかまどとして使用することができます。 Though usually used as benches, in a disaster, the seats can be removed for use as furnaces.

マンホールトイレManhole Toiletsマンホールトイレの使い方

給水、電気などのインフラが寸断された場合、マンホールの蓋を外し、テントを設置して仮設トイレとして使用できます。 If water supply, electricity, or other infrastructure is disrupted, the manhole covers can be removed and tents can be set up for use as temporary toilets.

防災プランターEmergency Storage Planters

災害時に使用できる備品を収納しているプランターです。災害時に、素早く必要なアイテムを取り出すことができます。 These planters store supplies that can be used in the event of a disaster. In such a case, one can quickly retrieve needed items.

土のうステーションSandbag Station

浸水被害の軽減を図るために地域のみなさんが無償で使える土のうの置き場です。 This station holds sandbags that the local community can use free of charge to mitigate flood damage.

防災行政無線Emergency Community Radio Systems

災害時にいち早く正確な災害情報などを地域住民に伝える無線通信システムです。 In the event of a disaster, these wireless communication systems quickly provide accurate information about the disaster to the community.

消防団格納庫Fire Brigade’s Storehouses

赤坂消防団が使用している消防団格納庫です。 These storehouses are used by the Akasaka Fire Brigade.

  • 桑田記念児童遊園の防災倉庫は、檜町自治会防災部が使用している施設となっております。
  • 青山公園の防災倉庫は、青山外苑町会が使用している施設となっております。
